Mobile Summer 3.0 is taking place now
We are organizing the 3rd edition of our mobile app development course this week. Through Mobile Summer, we aim to help passionate students expand their programming skills in a friendly and relaxing environment.
In this edition, we have 16 participants working in pairs, developing 8 Android apps. Each day of the course, the students can attend presentations about different technical presentations with subjects such as Android Studio, Java or Firebase and push notifications, which can help them to develop their project.
On the first day, we got to know the participants better, they presented themselves and told us what are the expectations from the course. After that, they teamed up and talked about what kind of app they will develop.
Also, on the first course, they got to find out more about the Android platform and app design.
On the second day of Mobile Summer, the participants learned more about Android Studio and worked on their apps with the guidance of the Cobalt Sign mentors: Alex, Cristi, Marco and Roxana.
The third day was also fun, we learned how to send push notifications with Firebase.
