Earlier this autumn, our team spent a full day at PROW 2025 in Timișoara, an event that continues to grow as a meeting point for people working in product, technology, and design. This year’s edition was part of a wider week of workshops and side events across the city, bringing together both local voices and international perspectives. It was a welcome break from our day-to-day work and a good opportunity to explore new ideas alongside others in the broader product community.

The conference came with a dedicated app that proved helpful from the start. It allowed us to browse the agenda across two stages, bookmark the sessions we were most interested in, and get a quick overview of who else was attending. With many parallel discussions taking place, the app made it easy for us to spread out, explore different topics, and meet back during breaks to share impressions.

The sessions covered a wide mix of topics, from strategy principles and goal-setting to communication, mistakes, and the skills needed in an AI-driven landscape. Many talks emphasised the importance of slowing down to understand the problem, making intentional decisions, and keeping learning at the centre of product work. It was a balanced mix of practical examples and higher-level reflections.

By the end of the day, we felt refreshed by the mixture of perspectives and the chance to step back and reflect. Events like PROW offer a useful pause, giving us space to rethink how we approach our products and how we learn from one another. While each of us left with different notes and ideas, the experience reinforced why continuous learning remains an important part of our work.

We’re glad we could be part of PROW 2025 and look forward to carrying these insights into the months ahead.
